About Our Returns Policies offer returns for items within 15 days of receipt of shipment.

Items shipped from can be returned within 15 days of receipt of shipment in most cases. Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them.

All returns must be initiated before the end of 15 days of delivery.

All returns items must be in its original packing, not open and with all accessories.

We will initiate the Collection return request to our courier company; the returned items should be available at the specified location for collection.

BBstore will initiate a maximum of two attempts of collection on two different dates; if the items are not ready for collection, unfortunately, the return request will be canceled.


About Return Shipping

Return shipping is easy and flexible. You can return your package by setting up a return request from your order history.

Return Shipping Costs

If you return an item and the reason for return is not a result of a BBstore error, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless your item qualifies for a free return.

If the return is the result of a BBstore error, we will take responsibility for the return shipping.


About Refunds

Your refund and how your refund is issued may differ based on the condition of the item, how long you have had the item and how the item was purchased.

You can check the payment method that was refunded and the status of your refund in Your Orders.

If your refund is not showing as refunded in Your Account, and the processing time for your payment method has passed, contact us for further assistance.

If your refund does show as refunded in Your Account, and the standard time-frame as mentioned above has passed and you have still not received the refund, please contact your bank for more information.

Note: After the courier has received your item, it can take up to 1 week for us to receive and process your return.

How Refunds Are Issued

When returning an item you can choose your preferred refund method in your Orders.

After the courier has received your item, it can take up to 1 week for us to receive and process your return. Once the return is processed it may take additional few days for the refund to show up depending on the payment method you choose.

Refund Without Return

BBstore may determine that a refund can be issued without requiring a return. If you are not required to send your item back for a refund, you will be notified in your account or by a Customer Happiness Advisor.

Items that are damaged, missing parts, not in the original condition, or have obvious signs of use for reasons not due to an BBstore error.

Up to 50% of the item's price

*For most items the return window is 15 days from delivery date. To check the return window for an item you have ordered, go to Your Orders and click Return or Replace Items.


About Replacements

You can replace an eligible item through orders history.

Did you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item and want to replace it with the same item? Is your order missing an item or part and you want a refund or replacement? Go to your orders history.

The item being replaced must meet the following criteria:

·       Shipped to a delivery within United Arab Emirates

·       Not an Add-On item

·       Wasn't purchased with a promotion (except for free shipping promotions).

Note: In most cases, you are required to return the original item received for a Replacement. You'll need to return the original item within the stated return window to avoid being charged for both the original and replaced items.
